Whn has eBay done this? I never give all 5 stars for anything. That would tell me everything is perfect and that will never happen. There is always some issue somewhere.

i recently dealt with a seller who didnt even send my product at all after i threatened to take the matter further he gave me my money back that took 6 emails to him hes feedback has a huge amount of negetive feedback 90 pc of them relate to item not arriving yet ebay lets them continue to trade beats me and a lot of other people to i bet
